Things will be either dusty or muddy, but never clean, so dress comfortably and don’t be afraid to get dirty

• ATV rugged terrain, navigate through challenging twists, turns, and obstacles.
• Optional pick-up from hotels in Waikiki and return you after the adventure.

• Check in time is 15 minutes before the start of your tour. Please do not be late. Refunds will not be issued if you are late or miss the tour.
• All participants will be weighed in, fully clothed, during the check-in process before each tour. Those unable to meet the requirement will not be permitted to participate and will not be offered a refund or rescheduled.

• This is an outdoor adventure activity and operates in all weather conditions.
• We will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged belongings. Please store any and all unneeded items in lockers provided during check-in.
• Those participants over 6’4″ will be very uncomfortable. We do not recommend this activity for those over that height.
• Participants with long hair must secure hair back with a hair tie or similar accessory.
• Long shorts or pants are suggested.

Cancellations:

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the activity are non-refundable. This includes bookings made within 24 hours of the scheduled activity.
• No-shows and late arrivals are not eligible for a refund.
• Guests who choose not to participate at the last minute or back out during the activity will not receive a refund.
• Tours operate rain or shine. In the rare event of hazardous weather, we will reschedule your activity or issue a refund.
• We are unable to make exceptions for personal emergencies or illness. For this reason, we strongly recommend purchasing Trip Protection when booking.
• Trip Protection allows you to cancel for any reason and receive a full refund, minus the cost of Trip Protection and any applicable taxes or fees.
