Zip & Dip: 3 Ziplines + Wet 'n' Wild Admission

• Transportation from Waikiki, between the attractions, and back to Waikiki is optional.

• Please arrive 5 minutes before the start of your tour and contact us 5 minutes after your specific pick-up time if you have not yet met your driver. Please be on time. Late arrivals are non-refundable.
• Participants must weigh between 60 lbs – 275 lbs. All participants will be weighed in, fully clothed, during the check-in process before each tour. Those unable to meet the requirement will not be permitted to zip and will not be offered a refund or rescheduled.

• Minimum age: 6 years old
• All participants on tour are required to hike short distances, ascend and descend stairs, need to be of average mobility and strength, and in reasonably good health. – We do not recommend participation with preexisting injuries, back, neck, or heart issues. Please consult your doctor if you are unsure whether this activity is suitable for you.
• Securable, close-toed shoes are required. Athletic shoes are recommended. (We do offer water shoes for purchase.)

• This is an outdoor adventure activity and operates in most weather conditions.
• We will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged belongings. Please store any and all unneeded items in lockers provided during check-in.
• No participant on the tour is permitted to use any other gear (helmet, harness, trolley, etc.) beside that which is provided by Coral Crater.

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the activity are non-refundable. This includes bookings made within 24 hours of the scheduled activity.
• No-shows and late arrivals are not eligible for a refund.
• Guests who choose not to participate at the last minute or back out during the activity will not receive a refund.
• Tours operate rain or shine. In the rare event of hazardous weather, we will reschedule your activity or issue a refund.
• We are unable to make exceptions for personal emergencies or illness. For this reason, we strongly recommend purchasing Trip Protection when booking.
• Trip Protection allows you to cancel for any reason and receive a full refund, minus the cost of Trip Protection and any applicable taxes or fees.
