Kick back and relax with our optional Waikiki transportation, allowing us to take care of getting you to and from the adventure park. Just remember to dress comfortably for the off-road portion, because getting a little dirty is all part of the adventure! Closed-toe shoes with good tread are essential.

• Maximum Weight: 275 lbs. You will be weighed at check-in. If you are over the weight limit you will not be allowed to participate and no refunds will be issued.
• Drivers are responsible for damages or injuries, so please drive safely.
• All EzRaider drivers must be at least 16 years old.
• At check-in, each driver will be charged a refundable $100 damage deposit on their credit card, returned at the end of the tour.
• Our expert guides will teach you some basic off-road techniques and give you the skills you’ll need to navigate our technical course through the jungle.

• Securable, close-toed shoes are required. Athletic shoes are recommended. (We do offer a limited number of water shoes to purchase)
• No participant on the tour is permitted to use any other gear (helmet, harness, trolley, etc.) besides that which is provided by Coral Crater.
• We do not recommend participation with pre-existing injuries, back, neck, or heart issues. Please consult your doctor if you are unsure whether this activity is suitable for you.
• If you are pregnant congratulations but, unfortunately, you cannot participate in this tour.
• This is an outdoor adventure activity and operates in all weather conditions.
• Tour durations are averages and vary due to group size and individual speeds.
• If you choose to opt out of this activity at check-in or during the activity, you are not eligible for a refund.

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the activity are non-refundable. This includes bookings made within 24 hours of the scheduled activity.
• No-shows and late arrivals are not eligible for a refund.
• Guests who choose not to participate at the last minute or back out during the activity will not receive a refund.
• Tours operate rain or shine. In the rare event of hazardous weather, we will reschedule your activity or issue a refund.
• We are unable to make exceptions for personal emergencies or illness. For this reason, we strongly recommend purchasing Trip Protection when booking.
• Trip Protection allows you to cancel for any reason and receive a full refund, minus the cost of Trip Protection and any applicable taxes or fees.
