Best Hawaii Tours will not be responsible for delays caused by mechanical failure, weather, road, traffic conditions, or any other conditions beyond our control. Any expenses that occur as a result of delayed departure or arrival times, including missed flights or travel connections, are the sole responsibility of the passenger.
Our drivers do their best in securing and loading your luggage into the vehicles, many bags may look alike. Before leaving the shuttle, please check to see that the luggage taken belongs to you.
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. We try our best to return items found or left in our vehicles to its rightful owners. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or misplaced items. Any charges incurred in returning an item left behind must be paid for by the owner.
Please contact our office at 877.359.4513 or email info@flyshuttletours.com or info@besthawaii.tours should you need to cancel your reservations 48 hours prior to your tour time to receive a full refund. Cancellations within the 48 hours are non-refundable. Cancellations made after hours by answering service will be accepted based on the timestamp of the message.
