When to Arrive
Multimedia and virtual reality tours are available daily after 7:00 am. Please allow enough time to complete all stops before the park closes at 5:00 pm. Guests with boat tickets should pick up their multimedia smartphone before checking in, as some content is viewable on the USS Arizona Memorial.
Accessibility
Accessible parking is available near the entrance. Restrooms, theaters, exhibits, shuttle boats, and the USS Arizona Memorial are fully wheelchair accessible. Walking distances may be challenging; benches are located throughout the site. Wheelchairs are not provided, and assistive devices should be used with care. All films are captioned; hearing loops, braille signage, tactile models, and braille booklets are available.
Bags Policy
Bags are not permitted inside the Pearl Harbor Visitor Center. Clear stadium bags and medical bags may be allowed at the discretion of the National Park Service. Cameras, phones, and wallets are permitted. Bag storage is available near the entrance for a fee.
Weather & Cancellations
Visits to the USS Arizona Memorial may be modified or canceled due to high winds or safety concerns.
Parking
Please allow extra time for traffic and parking in nearby lots within walking distance. Taxis and ride-share services must follow designated pickup and drop-off procedures.
Dress Code
The memorial is a site of remembrance. Respectful attire is required. Military personnel in uniform must wear Class B or higher to access the USS Arizona Memorial; battle dress uniforms are not permitted on the memorial itself. Civilian attire is always acceptable.
