Food Allergies & Dietary Information: Guests with food allergies, sensitivities, or special dietary needs are encouraged to review the following information before dining.

Our kitchens prepare and serve foods that may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including peanuts, tree nuts, fish, shellfish, eggs, milk, soy, and gluten. Because our food is prepared in shared kitchen and cooking areas, there is a possibility of cross-contact, even when precautions are taken. While the buffet does offer gluten-free and vegan menu items, ingredients may vary due to supplier changes, ingredient substitutions, recipe updates, or preparation methods. For these reasons, Sea Life Park Hawaiʻi cannot guarantee that any menu item is completely allergen-free.

Guests with severe allergies are encouraged to speak with a team member upon arrival to review available options.

Transportation Available:

• We offer comfortable round-trip transportation from several convenient pick-up locations in Waikiki and surrounding areas for just $35.99/person.
• There is an option for early hotel pick-up for guests who wish to redeem their included admission to Sea Life Park the same day as their luau.
• Select your transportation options during checkout. Additionally, self-parking is available at Sea Life Park for $18/car.

Aloha Refund Policy:

• Any changes or cancellation must be made at least 48 hours prior to tour time in order to be eligible for a refund minus a 10% processing fee. Reservations are non-refundable for no shows.

Privacy Policy:

• Company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on trips and will only be responsible for making lost time at a mutually agree date. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the car or shuttle caused during the duration of the rental by them or any member of their party. A fee of $100.00 for each carpet or seat burn. Sanitation fee is $250.00 Alcohol Consumption and drug use is prohibited.
